MAIN FOCUS: CROSS-CULTURAL MANAGEMENT
Intercultural training for successful international communication
Target Group
Company employees or self-employed individuals who need to communicate or work with other countries on a regular basis (international business negotiations, international marketing strategies, global market development, international project management, the management of inter-cultural teams, extended stays abroad at partner companies).
Volume
9 full days, spread over a maximum of 2 months
Contents
The Cross Cultural Management series of workshops provides both an overview of rules and behaviour patterns in business negotiations which are crucial for inter-cultural management issues, as well as training at the personal level that allows a dialogue with people with different cultural backgrounds.
Learning the underlying cultural thinking patterns always goes hand in hand with the exploration of one’s own personal values and thinking patterns. This means that participants can determine whether (business) conflicts or misunderstandings are due to a cultural background or not, and can then act accordingly.
The overriding objective of this course is to enable the participants to analyse and understand the opportunities and challenges of international business relations better – from a universal understanding of the culture and its influence on the management to specific preparation on how to conduct business negotiations.
